Braving the trail on a cool day after work.

This is one of my favorite places to ride my mountain bike in Kearney. Here I am taking a break on the trail bridge going in to Cottonmill Park.

My mantra “Live Happy, Live Healthy” was written on the Tour de France by the chalkbot this summer! I was pretty excited it was accepted.
